Application Process
- Complete the 2024-2025 New Student/Transfer Application Form(s) by Friday, April 19th, 2024
- Submit an application and all required documents to the office (See section below)
- Complete student entrance exam on Wednesday, April 24th at 2:00pm
- Sign parent contract
- Pay registration / annual fee of $135 (two weeks after acceptance) $185 (after the two week period)
Students are accepted on the basis of testing recommendation and are recognized in the following order:
- Members of Nativity Parish
- Catholics from other parishes
- Non-Catholics
All students new to the school are accepted on probation for the first year.
Required Documents
The following documents should be submitted to the school office:
- Birth certificate
- Baptism certificate
- First Communion certificate
- Immunization record
- Current report card
- Completed recommendation form (if a transfer student)
Registration Fees
Early registration fee is $135.00 per student, prior to February 28th.
Registration fee is $185 per student, beginning March 1st.
